Getting Started

1. Set up a Free Meet-n-Greet

Our first step is to get to know each other, which we do through a free meet-n-greet. Simply call, email or fill out our contact form to set up the free meeting at your home. Our office staff will arrange a date and time that works with your schedule, then assign the meeting to an available staff member. The assigned staff member will then arrive at the specified date and time to meet you and your pet.

2. Create an Account

Once you’ve arranged your meet-n-greet, your next step is to register on our website. Check out our FAQ section to make life easier prior to registering, then head to the registration page to begin.

3. Set up your Schedule(s)

Once you’ve registered online, please schedule and confirm your first appointment by email:

Additional appointments can be set up by email, calling our office, or signing online to the Power Pet Sitter (PPS) system you registered at. Please do not attempt to set up a recurring schedule via PPS as the office has to do that. The PPS system requires a minimum of 48 hours notice from the client user end.
